Athletics Carnival

Well, despite the inclement weather we have had of late, we manged to run a shortened version of our athletics carnival today. Luckily, the sun shone and the weather was quite warm as the children ran in their relays and 60, 80, 100 and 200 metre races. A small but enthusiastic group of parents cheered the children on and our year 7 leaders ably led the cheering in the different houses. Well done to all children who competed, had jobs and supported others on the day and also to those parents who assisted in various ways. A special thank you to Mr Marrinan and Mrs Todd for their continued efforts to make our athletics carnival the success it always is. The results will be announced later this week.
