The moment all Australians - most particularly Catholic Australians - have been waiting for, finally arrived on Sunday, with the canonisation of Australia's first saint. It was a proud moment indeed when Pope Benedict XVI proclaimed Saint Mary of the Cross as one of the new saints during the ceremony at the Vatican yesterday.
