This morning, we had a special treat at our usual Friday assembly. Along with our regular awards to children for a variety of achievements during the week - from acting as caring and responsible members of our school community to achieving both in class and on the sporting field, we were very lucky to receive a visit from ex-St Anthony student, Daniel Fox. Daniel and his brothers and sister have all been students at our school and Daniel has since gone on to become a champion swimmer, winning gold medals at the World Championships. Daniel will be competing in this year's Paralympics and is tipped to continue his winning streak in the pool. All of us here at St Anthony's wish him the very best and will be cheering him on as he swims for Australia. Go, 'Foxy'!
