This Saturday, June 5, is World Environment Day, with the theme ‘Many Species. One Planet. One Future.’so our lunchtime activities reflect that theme. World Environment Day is celebrated June 5 and it was instituted by the United Nations to stimulate worldwide awareness of the environment. A day to promote caring for our planet, Earth. Mrs Purdie will read a story with an environment theme on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we will do penguin craft, as penguins are endangered. We will finish watching Ice Age 2 on Thursday.
